My job is to bring together employers with candidates and thereby to open up new horizons for both sides. Together with companies, I develop recruiting and employer branding strategies, activate the right channels and networks, facilitate the first contact and new matches. In the best case, I open up long-term perspectives and relationships for candidate and company.
Recruiting in IT is a demanding discipline: There are far more vacant positions than applicants and both the positions and the parties involved are very demanding. The sectors are diverse - public administration, logistics, agriculture - there is hardly a sector that has not yet recognized the opportunities of digitalization. To take advantage of them, you need people who can improve processes and have the courage to express their ideas. Who want to find out how users and machines can perfectly complement each other. Who want to do what we do best as human beings, despite all the automation and optimization: be creative, invent new things, and build relationships.
