The term Human Resources has had its day - referring to people as resources is no longer in keeping with the times, so the title of the traditional HR department no longer fits either.

Luckily, personnel administration is now largely automated. The most important task of the People & Culture department is therefore to create a culture in which it is a pleasure to work. And since culture can only be created in a team, it is up to us to invite our colleagues to contribute their ideas and exchange them.

People & Culture Managers are responsible for creating structures and working models in which employees and companies remain healthy. In which work can be understood as a creative act. My task is therefore to listen, to facilitate good collaboration, to look beneath the surface and to be a rock or even a living safe space.

    • Conception of the People & Culture area in newly established structures

    • Assumption of operational tasks in existing personnel areas

    • Personnel-related design of re-organizations and restructurings
